In Pakistan: Rs 1,500 a month or Rs 15,000 a year. In the UK: £5 a month or £50 a year. Everywhere else: $6 a month or $60 a year, in US dollars. Each extra team member: Rs 150 a month in Pakistan, £0.50 in the UK, $0.60 everywhere else. No VAT on top, and never a share of anything.

Asked before paying
When do I pay?
The first 7 days are free, with no card asked for. Subscribe from Settings → Billing when you're ready. Payment is by card through Stripe, monthly or yearly, in your own money: rupees in Pakistan, pounds in the UK, and US dollars everywhere else.
What happens if the free week ends and I haven't subscribed?
Ledger goes read-only: nothing new goes into the books until you subscribe. Nothing is deleted: your invoices, bills, customers, stock and reports are all still there to read, and everything picks up again the moment you subscribe.
Does the price go up as I get busier?
No. Ledger is Rs 1,500 a month whether you send ten invoices or ten thousand, with no fee per invoice and no share of anything. Who counts as a team member?
Anyone who can sign in to your business: someone who has accepted an invitation in Settings → Team, whether they're an admin, your accountant or on sales. You're included. An invitation nobody has accepted costs nothing, and when the team changes mid-month Stripe works out the difference on your next invoice.
Is there VAT on top?

Is there anything else to pay for?
Not in Ledger: no add-ons, no setup fee, no fee per invoice. Register, Offr and Trazr are Vereon's other products, with their own plans if you use them; connecting one to Ledger costs nothing extra.
Can I cancel?
Any time: Settings → Billing → Manage subscription opens Stripe's secure page, where you can also change your card and download invoices. A cancelled plan keeps working until the end of the period you've paid for, then Ledger goes read-only. Your owner, admins and accountant can export the reports at any point.
What if I reach the limits?
The limits (2000 products, 25 people) are well beyond what a small business needs. If you reach them, write to us and we'll raise them for your business.
