Ask Leo

Leo answers how-to questions in the app, points at the right control, and shows any change as a card you approve.

  1. I live in the corner of every page. Ask me how to do something in plain words, in English or Urdu, and I'll answer from these lessons and your own books.
  2. Ask me to draft something, an invoice for Green Valley Mart or a new supplier, and I won't just go ahead. I show it as a card, and nothing happens until you approve. An invoice I draft stays a draft: issuing it is yours.
  3. I can read your reports and balances, find invoices and bills, draft invoices and bills, and add customers, suppliers and items. I never issue or void anything, record or allocate money, post a journal, reconcile, or touch the lock date: those are always you.
  4. Every lesson's Try it opens the real page, and I point at the right control. These lessons are always under Learning, at the foot of the menu.
  5. My card says "Change to approve" and, in one line, what will change. Approve and I make it; Not now and nothing changes. If I'm not sure of something, I'll say so and send you to the right page.
